Texas Vs. UCLA Halftime Score: Case McCoy, Horns Lead Big

The UCLA Bruins have won three straight games against the Texas Longhorns, dating back to 1998. The combined score in those games: 149-46. A resounding win by the Horns in the Rose Bowl wouldn't make up for all that, but UT fans would still be pretty happy about it. < --- analysis

So far, the Longhorns are on the right track, leading 28-10 at the half. The biggest box score so far has been UCLA quarterback Kevin Prince, who pitched three interceptions on seven attempts before giving way to Richard Brehaut.

The all-new Case McCoy-David Ash starting rotation has piled up 137 yards and two touchdowns on 16 attempts, most of that by McCoy. Ash has yet to express himself by breaking a run or two, but if Texas' defense can continue to haunt UCLA's passing game, he might not have to.
