Jerry Kill Returns, Minnesota Gets Its First Win Of The Year

Jerry Kill was back on the sidelines on Saturday, just one week after suffering a scary stroke during the Minnesota Golden Gophers’ loss to New Mexico State. It was a great moment, with Kill being applauded by the students before the game. And then his Golden Gophers went out and picked up their first win of the season, defeating Miami of Ohio, 29-23.

While it’s not often we applaud just seeing a coach on the field, but having Kill back on the sidelines is certainly cause for celebration.
