There’s no quit in either the Baylor offense or TCU’s. These teams are trading touchdowns as if they are about to go out of style after this game. Fifty seconds after the Horned Frogs kicked the ball to the Bears, Baylor found itself in the end zone again.
TCU Vs. Baylor Score: Robert Griffin Throws 3rd TD Pass; Kicker Misses Extra Point
Bears running back Terrance Ganaway came up with runs of 15 and 10 yards before quarterback Robert Griffin III found Jordan Najvar for a 14-yard touchdown pass. Aaron Jones, though, had his extra point attempt blocked. The Bears took a 27-23 lead.
TCU failed to convert a field goal on the following drive. The ball was wide left of the upright. The Horned Frogs were able to convert a fourth down earlier on the drive, but with points left on the field that doesn’t mean much.
