LSU Tigers return man Morris Claiborne battled his way to a 99-yard touchdown return that took everything back down a notch. Special teams has been the difference in this game.
West Virginia has 200 more yards than do the Tigers and Geno Smith very well could go over 500 yards passing, but LSU simply has too much talent and depth. Even if WVU didn't have especially bad special teams, it would still be a mismatch.
With the deck stacked against them, the Eers are going to have to come up with enough big plays to make up for another quarter’s worth of likely rotten field position.
