The UCLA Bruins finished up their spring practice over the weekend and once again came away from it with a season-ending injury. It wasn't to a UCLA quarterback this time, but according to Sean Seglinsky of CBS Sports, linebacker Isaiah Bowens will be out for the season with a knee injury.
Isaiah Bowens Injury: UCLA LB Done For The Year
Junior linebacker Isaiah Bowens will missed the 2012 UCLA season after going down with a knee injury for the season.

LB Isaiah Bowens suffered a knee injury at Saturday’s spring practice and is out for the year. “It’s a bad deal,” coach Jim Mora said. “That’s a big loss for us, and you just feel for the kid. He was making progress and working hard, and it’s tough that had to happen.”
The redshirt junior was slated to potentially earn his way into the starting lineup for the 2012 season after playing primarily on special teams in 2011, but he will now miss the season. Bowens finished up the 2011 season with nine total tackles and two fumble recoveries.
