Good thing the NCAA wiped out that whole “football culture” thing that had been plaguing the country. At the moment, multiple college football coaching staffs are represented in the parking lot of Penn State’s practice facility and elsewhere around campus hoping to poach talent, and players are starting to get a little freaked out:
