Notre Dame, UConn Could Play Fenway Park Game, According To Report
The Boston Red Sox are reportedly looking to bring the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team to Fenway Park in 2014. The UConn Huskies are being looked at as the opponent.

Fenway Park hasn’t hosted a football game since 1968 when the Cincinnati Bengals played the the Patriots. In recent years the Red Sox home has hosted both NHL games and soccer friendlies between several top clubs from Europe. The stadium has also seen an increase in the number of concerts and other events it hosts.
The Red Sox would not be the first team to bring college football into their home in recent seasons. Both Yankee stadium and Wrigley Field have hosted college football recently.
