Northern Illinois Vs. Kansas Final Score: Huskies Complete 4th-Quarter Comeback To Defeat Jayhawks, 30-23

The Northern Illinois Huskies, down 10 to the Kansas Jayhawks early in the fourth quarter, mounted a comeback of 17 unanswered points to prevail 30-23. The Huskies were led by quarterback Jordan Lynch's 369 all-purpose yards and two passing touchdowns.

Kansas struggled to get their passing attack going, with quarterback Dayne Crist completing only 10 of 26 pass attempts for 147 yards. The Jayhawks' ground game stepped up, with running back James Sims gaining 91 yards on 18 rushes, including two touchdowns.

However, Northern Illinois' defense held, with the Jayhawks turning the ball over on downs. The Huskies were then able to run out the clock and secure the win.
