Coming into Week 2 of college football play, the USC Trojans will take on a Syracuse Orange team that is still licking its wounds after a tough 42-41 loss to the Northwestern Wildcats. Considering the Matt Barkley-led offense of the Trojans figures to be far beyond what the Orange saw from the Wildcats, Syracuse will have an even tougher job trying to keep their opponent off the scoreboard this Saturday.
USC Vs. Syracuse Game Time, TV Schedule, Spread And More
The No. 2 USC Trojans will travel to East Rutherford, N.J., the home of the NFL’s New York Giants and New York Jets, to take on the Syracuse Orange on Saturday.Follow @SBNationCFB

USC had a strong 49-10 win over the Hawaii Warriors to open the season, but still dropped a spot in the polls to make way for the surging Alabama Crimson Tide. The Trojans will have the motivation of getting back to that top spot on their side as they head east. Combine that with the talent advantage they have over the reeling Orange and it will be an absolute shocker if Syracuse is able to take a win out of MetLife Stadium.
Game time, TV channel: 3:30 p.m. ET, ABC/ESPN2
Point spread: USC favored by 25 1/2 points.
