2013 NFL Draft Quarterback Rankings

The 2013 NFL Draft does not feature the top-end quarterback talent that the 2012 class offered, but the position is deep with many potential starters lurking. Check out the updated quarterback rankings for the 2013 NFL Draft.

Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III provided the 2012 NFL Draft class with two elite prospects at the quarterback position. Early on in the evaluation process for the 2013 NFL Draft, there does not yet appear to be a prospect in that tier, though a few are knocking on the door.

While Matt Barkley and Tyler Wilson entered the season as the nation's most lauded signal callers, Geno Smith has climbed the ranks and challenged for the top spot. Smith has thrown 20 touchdowns and not a single interception, displaying elite deep accuracy and toughness in the pocket. Meanwhile, Barkley and Wilson have struggled through the first month of the season.

What the 2013 class lacks in top-end talent, it makes up for with excellent depth. Zac Dysert from Miami of Ohio, Florida State's E.J. Manuel and Syracuse's Ryan Nassib have all flashed the ability needed to start on Sundays someday.

The junior class has been a bit of an enigma. While Virginia Tech's Logan Thomas entered the season with loads of hype, he has struggled to look average this season, displaying spotty accuracy and questionable decision making. Tennessee's Tyler Bray has shown off his strong arm and gunslinger mentality, but consistency has held him back.

The complete quarterback rankings are below. For now, seniors and juniors are separated given the uncertainty over which players will declare.
