Current 2013 NFL Draft order

Things are static, but the Oakland Raiders control the order of the top 10.

Kelley L Cox-USA TODAY Sports

Although the Eagles and Panthers both won in Week 14, the top five picks in the 2013 NFL Draft order remained the same since last week.

The big change at the top this week is the Cleveland Browns. They dropped from pick seven to 10 following their third-straight victory. If the Browns hold their position, it would be the latest they’re scheduled to pick since 2006 – they’ve picked in the 20s recently due to trades.

Oddly enough, the Oakland Raiders will have the biggest say in the final order. Oakland’s next game is against Kansas City. Should Kansas City win and Jacksonville loses to Miami, the Jaguars would have the top pick. If Jacksonville gets the top pick and decides to stick with either Chad Henne or Blaine Gabbert, there could be several trade possibilities.

The Raiders also have upcoming games against Carolina and San Diego on the schedule. Both teams are slated to have top 10 picks, so Oakland’s play will weigh heavily on the draft order.

2. Jacksonville Jaguars - 2-11 (.550 SOS)
