The 2013 East-West Shrine Game rosters have been announced and the East team features Kansas State quarterback and Heisman finalist Collin Klein. Army quarterback Trent Steelman is also featured in the game, but will be playing the wide receiver position as he attempts to utilize his athleticism he ran the option with to switch positions.
