Stock Up
1) Terron Armstead, OT, Arkansas Pine-Bluff - Perhaps no one did more to help his stock that Armstead out of FCS Arkansas Pine-Bluff. Jeremiah praised Armstead’s run-blocking, and said that although he may better suited for guard, he should be a good one. Galko agreed, pegging Armstead as his highest rated player on the East squad after the week.
2) Ray Graham, RB, Pittsburgh - SB Nation's Alfie Crow called Graham "the best back in St. Petersburg," and pegged him as a potential change-of-pace back in the NFL with the speed to pull away from defenders.
3) Lucas Reed, TE, New Mexico - Crow said that Reed could still use some work as a blocker, but a 6'6 frame and soft hands should allow to him to catch in the NFL. Jeremiah agreed, praising the tight end's ability to adjust to the ball.
4) Keith Pough, OLB, Howard - Pough earned near consensus praise from those in attendance. Galko liked him as a potential third-round sleeper due to his athleticism and versatility.
Stock Down
1) Collin Klein, QB, Kansas State - Scouts rarely agree, but Klein's struggles during practice were just about unanimous. Galko said that Klein's mechanics are "almost beyond saving," and outside of zone read plays, the QB did not look comfortable all week.
2) Marcus Davis, WR, Virginia Tech - Galko seemed very disappointed in Davis after the week. Coming in as one of the biggest names at his position, Galko expected to Davis to gain more separation from defenders and to show off better hands.
3) Matt Scott, QB, Arizona - Scott entered practice with a lot of upside, thanks to his arm strength and athleticism, but he struggled all week with accuracy and timing, according to Galko. Scott could drop out of the draft as a result.
