Considered by some to be the top wide receiver in the 2013 NFL Draft, former California Golden Bears wide receiver Keenan Allen will not participate in the 2013 NFL Combine, although he will be in attendance for medical tests, according to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter.
NFL Combine 2013: Keenan Allen will attend, won’t work out
Allen caught 61 passes and six touchdowns in nine games before a torn PCL ended his 2012 season.

Allen caught 61 passes for 737 yards and six touchdowns during his junior season at Cal before a torn posterior cruciate ligament in his left knee ended his season. While he was expected to participate at the combine, Allen reportedly re-aggravated the injury during training and will need to slow his recovery.
The Cal Pro Day is scheduled for March 14 and he is expected to be able to run routes by then; however, he will wait until April when teams call players in for visits and workouts to run a 40-yard dash.
Dan Kadar of SB Nation ranks Allen as the top receiver in the draft class, but No. 20 on his big board of 2013 NFL Draft prospects.
