Florida State quarterback E.J. Manuel has been invited to New York City to attend the 2013 NFL Draft in person at Radio City Music Hall according to Ira Schoffel of the Tallahassee Democrat.

Florida State quarterback EJ Manuel has been invited to New York City to attend the NFL Draft.


Manuel is the No. 98 player on the Mocking the Draft big board and seventh-ranked quarterback, but the quarterback class is closely bunched together and Manuel is projected as a second-round draft pick in many expert mock drafts. NFL.com expert Mike Mayock has Manuel as his second highest-rated quarterback.
Last year a record 26 players were invited to the draft and all attendees were selected within the first two rounds of the draft. Wide receiver Rueben Randle was the last attendee selected in the 2012 NFL Draft with the final pick of the second round (No. 63 overall) by the New York Giants.
The 2013 NFL Draft kicks off at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday, April 25 and runs through Saturday, April 27.
