The 2013 NFL Draft has a chance to make history. For the first time, a running back may not be selected in the first round. That’s not a slight on this class of backs, though, as the draft runs deep at the position. Impact players will be found at running back in the middle rounds, the positional value just doesn’t stack up in the first round this season.

Lacy picked up a ton of momentum in the later part of the season with a handful of dominant showings.
