California Golden Bears wide receiver Keenan Allen was red-flagged following his drug test at the 2013 NFL Scouting Combine in March and forced to take a second test this month. Suspiciously high levels of water in Allen's system may have triggered the red flag, according to ESPN. The results of his most recent drug test are unknown.
2013 NFL Draft: High levels of water red-flagged Keenan Allen’s drug test, according to report
Cal wide receiver Keenan Allen’s drug test from the 2013 NFL Combine was red flagged due to suspiciously high levels of water in his system.

Allen was unable to work out at the combine or during the Cal Pro Day due to a knee injury he suffered late in the 2012 season. He held his own private workout last week, and performed decently, but still seems to be somewhat hampered by the knee, recording a 40-yard dash time near 4.7 seconds.
He is currently considered the No. 2 wide receiver prospect in the draft and the No. 19 prospect overall according to Mocking the Draft. In their latest mock draft, Allen would go to the Minnesota Vikings with the No. 23 pick as the fourth wide receiver off the board.
Allen’s agent, J.T. Johnson, maintains that Allen has not failed any drug test.
