Just about everywhere you look, Dee Milliner is considered the best cornerback prospects in the 2013 NFL Draft. He has just one minor issue to address before potentially becoming a Top 10 pick, however. Milliner underwent shoulder surgery in March to repair a torn labrum, but remains confident that he will come back 100 percent.

Dee Milliner is confident that he will recover 100 percent from shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum. He also has no shortage of confidence in his game heading into the 2013 NFL Draft.

Milliner spoke with 92.3 The Fan in Cleveland:
“I feel great,” Milliner said. “I know it’s going to be a process with the rehab and all the things I have to go through to get back right, but for the most part I’m going to be good once I go through that. Once the time passes I know I will be back to 100 percent. Ready to get ready, grinding with whatever team selects me in the draft.”
Milliner will begin meeting with NFL teams next week. Among the interested suitors, Cleveland is a very possible landing spot. In fact, Milliner lands with the Browns at No. 6 overall in SB Nation's latest mock draft.
The Browns are in need of a reliable starter in the secondary opposite Joe Haden, and Milliner appears capable of starting from Week 1. Milliner would also relish the opportunity to rejoin former Crimson Tide teammate Trent Richardson, who he affectionately said was like a "little Mack Truck coming at you."
Milliner believes he is the type of player who will thrive at the next level.
“A great competitor,” Milliner said. “A player who is going to go out there and be the best at what he does. Just go out there and compete to the highest level. Make plays. Go out there and try to lock down whatever receiver he is on and prevent him from catching the ball.”
