NFL Draft rumors: Dee Milliner expects to be full strength by August
The top cornerback prospect in the 2013 NFL Draft is on his way to recovery.

Milliner is recovering from a torn labrum in his right shoulder he suffered during the 2012 college football season; he underwent surgery on March 12. Some teams have concerns about Milliner's shoulder according to Peter King, but Milliner hasn't heard any of those concerns. Regarding his shoulder, Milliner said, "They all seem fine with it. They know I'm going to come back strong from it. I don't think it will hurt my draft status."
The latest mock draft from Mocking the Draft predicts that Milliner will be selected by the Cleveland Browns with the No. 6 overall pick in the draft. Milliner has been unable to put together a full workout since his surgery, but did run an impressive 4.37-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine.
