Georgia linebacker Alec Ogletree will likely be selected with one of the top 10 picks in the 2013 NFL Draft according to Peter Schrager of Fox Sports. This would come as a surprise as Ogletree has not landed in the top 10 in many mock drafts; the latest from Mocking the Draft has Ogletree going to the Bears with the No. 20 selection.
2013 NFL Draft: Alec Ogletree could be top 10 selection
The middle linebacker from Georgia could shoot up draft boards and land in the top 10 in the 2013 NFL Draft.

Ogletree had a strong season for the Bulldogs, totaling 111 tackles in just 10 games, leading the Georgia defense. He is very athletic with good speed and aggressiveness, but can be too aggressive at times, often overrunning plays.
Ogletree also has a variety of off-field issues that raise a red flag. He was suspended for the first four games of the 2012 season for violating the team’s substance-abuse policy and was arrested in Feb. 2013 for a DUI. For these reasons Matthew Fairburn at Mocking the Draft placed him on the 2013 NFL Draft all-overrated team.
Based on pure athleticism and potential, Ogletree has the tools to warrant a top-10 selection, assuming he has handled himself well during the interview process and convinced teams his troubles are behind him.
