The 2013 NFL Draft is right around the corner, just a couple days away now. It all gets started on Thursday, and there are plenty of rumors to sift through. At this point, every team in the league has been linked to just about every player who could possibly go in the first round. Still, there are plenty of rumors worth note, so read on for Monday’s headlines.
2013 NFL Draft rumors: 49ers looking for trade, Jaguars staying put and more
The San Francisco 49ers are looking for a trade, the Jacksonville Jaguars are looking to stay put and more NFL Draft rumors from Monday.

San Francisco on the move
The latest buzz has the San Francisco 49ers interested in trading up from No. 31 to the No. 13 or No. 14 pick in the first round, as it was reported early on Monday. The 49ers were the losing team in the most recent Super Bowl, but they do have plenty of picks with which to get a trade done, including the second pick in the second round, which they got in the Alex Smith trade to the Kansas City Chiefs.
Jags staying put
The Jacksonville Jaguars hold the No. 2 pick in the first round, and obviously could land an impact player at that point. But given the relative perceived weakness of this draft class at the top end, many have felt they might be in the market for trading the pick. On Monday, however, general manager Dave Caldwell said that he would be surprised if the team traded its pick.
Ogletree in the top 10?
Georgia linebacker Alec Ogletree will likely be selected with one of the top 10 picks in the 2013 NFL Draft, at least that's what one expert said on Monday. SB Nation has Ogletree going at pick No. 20 in the latest mock draft, but Ogletree in the top 10 wouldn't be totally unfounded. Still, it's generally considered a reach at this point in the draft.
Floyd NOT a top-10 pick?
Over at NFL.com, Daniel Jeremiah listed 10 things he believes amid all of the uncertainty and misinformation that traditionally surfaces in the leadup to the NFL Draft. One big thing concerned defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd, who many believe is among the top three players in the draft. Jeremiah thinks that Floyd doesn't fit many of the top 10 teams scheme-wise, and that if the Oakland Raiders pass on him, he could fall out of the top 10.
Jordan likes fit with Cleveland
Oregon pass rusher Dion Jordan visited with the Cleveland Browns, and he thinks that he'll fit the team's new defensive scheme perfectly. On Monday, he said that he thinks he can help the Browns as an elite pass rusher from the edge.

Milliner ready to go for the regular season
Alabama cornerback Dee Milliner expects to be a top-10 pick in the draft, despite the fact that he's not yet 100 percent healthy. It was reported on Monday that Milliner expects to be 100 percent healthy and in playing shape by August, which would likely mean he'd be ready to start for the team that drafts him.
Fisher, Joeckel going as early as they can
Another one of the 10 things that Daniel Jeremiah believes to be true, as linked above, is that both Eric Fisher and Luke Joeckel, the consensus top two offensive tackles in the draft, will be taken in the first three picks of the draft. The Kansas City Chiefs are likely to take Joeckel, while Fisher could easily go to one of the Oakland Raiders and Jacksonville Jaguars.
