The Cleveland Browns, who hold the sixth pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, could be looking to move up into the third overall spot to take a pass-rusher, according to NFL.com's Albert Breer on Thursday.
NFL Draft rumors: Browns reportedly want to trade for No. 3 selection
Is Cleveland seeking an elite pass-rusher?

Breer says the move could be an attempt to get in front the Philadelphia Eagles and Detroit Lions, teams who could also be targeting pass-rushers with the fourth and fifth overall selections. Cleveland is projected to take Alabama cornerback Dee Milliner in Matthew Fairburn's latest mock draft for SB Nation, in a move that would seemingly address one of their most glaring needs -- another corner opposite Joe Haden.
This report, then, would put the Browns on a different course. Breer later added that the latest guessing from folks in the know sees Oregon hybrid linebacker-defensive end Dion Jordan, as well as LSU's Barkevious Mingo -- the top two outside linebacker prospects in Dan Kadar's position rankings -- as the likely targets if Cleveland does indeed try to trade up.
The Browns finished the 2012 regular season tied for 11th in the league with 38 sacks.
