According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, both Dion Jordan and Dee Milliner will begin their rookie training camps on the physically unable to perform list.
Dion Jordan, Dee Milliner to start training camp on PUP list

The two players – regarded by many as the top two defensive prospects in the draft this year – are recovering from torn labrum surgery.
A player on the PUP list can attend team meetings and receive medical treatment from the team that drafts them. The player can’t participate in practice until taken off the PUP list. A player on the preseason PUP list can be activated at any time. If a player is on the regular season PUP list, they must sit out the first six games of the season.
Because Jordan and Milliner will likely be ready to play by the time the season starts, it’s unlikely that this will negatively affect their draft stock tonight. If Milliner drops, it will be because of his litany of injuries. While some teams will give him a clean bill of health, others may not.
In addition to the labrum tear, Milliner has also had surgery for a sports hernia, a tibia stress fracture, a knee scope and another shoulder surgery.
