NFL undrafted free agents 2013: Raiders signings among best available players
The Oakland Raiders have been busy following the conclusion of the draft, and some of their signings include players rated as the best available.

Bushnell, ranked as the second-best available cornerback on Dan Kadar’s list of best available players, had 46 tackles and thirteen passes broken up in his 2012 season at Louisville. That said, his chance to impress in Oakland may come on special teams. He returned 17 kicks in 2012, averaging 19.6 yards per return. Vernon, a wide receiver who made USA Today’s list, is the all-time receptions leader in the ACC. He put together over 1000 yards receiving and eight touchdowns in his 2012 season.
