The NFL return for another week, and even though the Bills and Ravens are on bye, we get a fairly loaded schedule. This comes a week removed from a less than stellar schedule that ended up featuring some huge upsets. The Giants opened the week with a 34-17 thumping of the Eagles on Thursday Night Football, while the Falcons shocked the Bills 24-14 in the first half of the week-closing Monday Night Football.
Full list of Week 7 straight-up picks with confidence levels
We make picks for all 15 NFL games with levels of confidence ahead of Week 7.

This week brings several matchups of playoff contenders. London gets Rams-Jaguars to open Sunday, and the 1 p.m. ET window gets a fascinating Eagles-Vikings game. Both teams are contenders, but are dealing with their own separate issues. The 4 p.m. window features a massive Commanders-Cowboys game, while the Chargers and Colts square off in Los Angeles in a game that will have an impact on the AFC playoff standings. The most interesting game in that window might be Giants-Broncos, with New York playing some impressive football and getting the Broncos coming off their London game. The week closes with a huge NFC matchup between the Lions and Bucs in Detroit.
Last week, my confidence picks started off well and then went in the tank in a hurry. I finished 8-7 overall with my low confidence picks sinking me. I was 3-0 at high confidence, 3-2 at medium, and 2-5 at low. We’ll see if I can turn around three straight weeks of shaky performances.
