The NFL’s holiday week schedule is upon us and that brings four days of football. It results in a lighter Sunday schedule, but we do get some great matchups to make up for the lump of coal we get on Christmas.

It’s hard to call out a highlight on Christmas Day. We get Cowboys-Commanders, Lions-Vikings, and Broncos-Chiefs. Detroit and Denver both have something to play for, but the other four teams do not. We get a big Saturday to follow, which is also the first weekend of Saturday NFL action this year. The Texans and Chargers square off in LA, while the Ravens and Packers face off at Lambeau Field. Houston and LA are both in the playoff field, while Baltimore and Green Bay have some work to do.

The Sunday slate only includes ten games, but we get some big ones. Seahawks-Panthers, Eagles-Bills, and Bears-49ers are huge, but even Giants-Raiders in the 4 p.m. window is a big one for the draft picture.

I’m back for another week of straight-up picks with confidence levels. Last week I went 9-7 overall, including 2-0 on high confidence picks, 4-3 on medium confidence picks, and 3-4 on low confidence picks.

On to my Week 17 picks!
