NFL Week 6, Patriots Vs. Ravens: Hernandez, Welker Set Up Gostkowski FG

Trailing 17-7, the New England Patriots finally found some big plays offensively, setting up a Stephen Gostkowski field goal to cut the Baltimore Ravens’ lead to 17-10.

Rookie tight end Aaron Hernandez continues to be the Patriots’ best big-play threat, running a reverse for 18 yards and hauling in a 21-yard reception on New England’s scoring drive. He has four receptions for 61 yards on the day. Wes Welker also had a 21-yard reception on the drive.

Baltimore pass rusher Terrell Suggs stole New England’s momentum, however, with a sack for an eight-yard loss that effectively stopped New England’s drive in its tracks.
