Michael Vick Has Barack Obama’s Vote, Eagles Owner Reports (FAKE TWEETS)

It’s been a long road to success for Michael Vick, but his time at the top just keeps getting better. Now, time to add another triumphant scene to the Hollywood biopic we’ll see one day--no less than the President of the United States called Eagles owner Jeffery Lurie to congratulate him on giving Vick a second chance.

As relayed by Peter King on NBC’s Sunday night football broadcast, President Obama commended Lurie on giving Vick a second chance, showing people what can be possible when a level playing field exists for prisoners once they’ve paid their debt to society. (Obligatory reference: Michael Vick is the American Dream).

Ironically, right around the same time Obama was giving Vick his vote of confidence, another prominent politician was sending his regards to his brother, Marcus, via Twitter (and jail).
