NFL Week 13, Redskins Vs. Giants: Runnings Backs Lead The Way For The Giants, 14-0 Up On Redskins
Brandon Jacobs, starting for the second straight game, typically runs through the defense but for his touchdown he was untouched, almost walking into the end zone. The Redskins looked to respond with a field goal but a 43 yarder by Graham Gano was off to the left. Ahmad Bradshaw proceeded to take the ball and fight his way into the end zone from the Redskins red zone, giving the Giants another 7 point cushion.
Jacobs is on his way to having his biggest game this season. On 4 carries Jacobs has managed 60 rushing yards and the previously mentioned touchdown. His high this season was 87 rushing yards on 11 carries last week versus the Jacksonville Jaguars. Bradshaw, who was demoted to Jacobs' back up, has rushed 8 times for 29 yards and his touchdown.
