NFL Week 13, Colts Vs. Cowboys: Through Three Quarters The Cowboys Are Up 27-14 On Two Pick Sixes Of Peyton Manning
Tashard Choice was the offensive hero for the Cowboys, running 20 yards for a touchdown. Choice was is on pace to be only the second Cowboys running back this season to record a 100 yard rushing game. John Kitna saw much of the ground as he was under consistent pressure during the third quarter. Kitna was angry throughout the third quarter because of problems with his wide receivers miscommunicating. Wide receiver Miles Austin was thrown a pass with Kitna under pressure and the ball landed no more than a yard to his right. Austin never appeared to search for the ball nor connect with Kitna on what to do with the route because of a Colts blitz.
Despite throwing three interceptions Manning has kept the Colts in the game by throwing for two touchdown passes. One to Pierre Garcon in the second quarter and one to Reggie Wayne in the third quarter. However both touchdowns came in the same quarters as Manning's two interceptions that were returned for touchdowns.
