NFL Week 13 Scores And Results: Raiders Dominate Chargers, 28-13; Sweep Their Division Rival For First Time Since 2001

The Chargers had not lost a game in December since Dec. 31, 2005. They had not been swept by the Raiders in a decade.

Those trends came to an end today, as Raiders rushed for 251 yards and used a run-heavy gameplan to propel the Raiders to victory. Even Jason Campbell’s 10 completions for 116 yards was enough to secure the win. RB Darren McFadden rushed 19 times for 97 yards and one touchdown.

QB Philip Rivers had an abysmal first half, and that was the difference in the game. He finished the game completing 23 of 39 passes for 280 yards and one touchdown (one interception).

Sorry Chargers’ fans, but you can’t win football games in the NFL rushing for only 21 yards as they did today. RB Mike Tolbert carried the ball seven times for 17 yards.
