The NFL has announced the NFC players of the week for Week 3 of the NFL season.
NFC Players Of The Week: Adrian Peterson, DeMarcus Ware And Leon Washington Are Winners
Here are the winners:
Vikings RB Adrian Peterson: He racked up 190 rushing and receiving yards. On 23 carries he added 160 rushing yards along with 30 receiving yards and two total touchdowns in the Vikings win.
Cowboys LB DeMarcus Ware: He had three sacks -- all of them on third down -- in a Cowboys victory. He's won this thing four times and has six three-sack games in his career.
Seahawks KR Leon Washington: He had one carry for zero yards so you know that's not why he's on this list. How about 253 kick return yards and a pair of touchdowns? Yeah, that's it.
