Needing a win to ensure a 2010 AFC North Division title, the Pittsburgh Steelers (11-4) got out to a quick lead versus the Cleveland Browns (5-10).

Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlistberger connected with his number one target, rising star wide receiver Mike Wallace, for a 56-yard touchdown only 43 seconds into the game. The Steelers defense picked off Browns rookie quarterback Colt McCoy on his second pass, only the second play of the game. Troy Polamalu had the interception, the seventh of 2010 for the safety.
The Browns followed up the interception with a six play drive that resulted in a punt by Reggie Hodges. A five minute Steelers drive turned into a one-yard touchdown run by running back Rashard Mendenhall. McCoy and running back Petyon Hillis took the next Browns offensive drive for the remainder of first quarter (6:37).
With the Baltimore Ravens up 6-0 over the Cincinnati Bengals the Steelers need to maintain their lead and win the game to take the AFC North division crown.
