Super Bowl Sunday is less than a week away, and even Vegas doesn’t seem to know who’ll prevail between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Green Bay Packers. For now, Green Bay’s favored by three. So does that mean we should bet on the Steelers?
Super Bowl Odds: Packers Remain Slight Favorite Over Steelers
As of 11 a.m. on Saturday, the Green Bay Packers remain the slight favorite over the Pittsburgh Steelers. The betting line currently stands with Green Bay by three. Should it hold, this will be the slimmest Super Bowl line since ten years ago, when the Ravens entered as three-point favorites over the Giants in Super Bowl XXXV.
Bodog.com currently lists the Packers at -135, and the Steelers at +115. In case you’re unfamiliar with how the numbers work: the -135 figure means that you would have to place $135 to win $100 on top of your bet. Meanwhile, if you wager $100 on the Steelers, you win $115 on top of your bet.
