Texans Vs. Ravens: TV Schedule, Game Time, Announcers And More

The Houston Texans head to Baltimore to take on a ferocious Ravens defense Sunday. Houston will have to roll without two of their best players in Andre Johnson and Mario Williams.

The Baltimore Ravens, like most teams, have their injury concerns. Lee Evans will likely sit for at least one more week. Defensive backs Jimmy Smith, Chris Carr and Tom Zbikowski too, creating some concern in the secondary. Baltimore has nothing on the Houston Texans, however, who will be without Andre Johnson and Mario Williams, arguably the two most talented players on the squad.

Johnson could be back next week from a hamstring injury, but has been officially been ruled out for Sunday's contest in Baltimore. Williams won't be back this season after tearing a pectoral muscle during last week's loss to the Oakland Raiders. Compounding matters are injuries to Matt Schaub (shoulder) and Arian Foster (hamstring). While both players should play, they may not be 100 percent going up against what is arguably the best defense in the NFL right now.

The Ravens are giving up a league-low 14.3 points per game on defense. The front seven stars, giving up just 72.5 yards per game on the ground thanks to defensive tackle Haloti Ngata, end Terrell Suggs and, of course, linebacker Ray Lewis. Joe Flacco looks like a much-matured quarterback in his fourth season in the league, though the running game should take priority as it usually does behind Ray Rice.
