In a game between one of the league's last two unbeatens against one of three no-win team, it's almost a surprise Vegas didn't set the line higher. The Green Bay Packers opened the week as 10-point favorites over the St. Louis Rams. That line quickly jumped to as high as 15½ amid understandable confidence that the defending Super Bowl champs should roll.
Rams Vs. Packers: TV Schedule, Game Time, Announcers And More
The St. Louis Rams will take on the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field on Sunday as significant underdogs. A fully healthy Steven Jackson will hope to kickstart a sputtering offense.
The Rams do have a few things going for them this week, however. Most importantly, Steven Jackson will be back healthy coming off a bye week. Jackson injured his quad early in the season, and has been a limited participant ever since. The Rams hope that the threat of a running game will take some pressure off of Sam Bradford, who has been sacked 18 times this season in just four games.
As long as Aaron Rodgers is at the helm, the Packers should be favored in nearly every matchup they have this season. Rodgers is on pace for an MVP season, completing better than 71 percent of his passes for over 1,700 yards passing and 14 touchdowns to just two interceptions. He found 12 different receivers during last week's win over the Atlanta Falcons, making him near-impossible to read if you're a defense looking to exploit his tendencies.
