Steven Jackson Fantasy Update: Jackson Nears The 100-Yard Mark
Steven Jackson rushed for 96 yards on 18 carries as the Rams were easily dispatched by the Packers today. It was Jackson’s second game with a full workload since injuring his quad in the season opener.
Last week’s bye came at just the right time for Jackson. Dealing with a quad injury, the week off gave him some much needed rest. Jackson has just 124 total yards on 23 carries in three limited appearances this season. Health is the biggest concern, as Jackson has been effective when he has played, averaging 5.4 yards per carry.

Jones was averaging 46 receiving yards a game with 228 receiving yards on the season and two touchdowns through his first five games of the 2011 NFL season. Jones’ receiving yards per game is up nearly 3 yards per game.
