NFL Scores Week 4, Steelers Vs. Texans: Arian Foster Is Back, Houston Wins 17-10

The big news first: It's time for a new status update on the Arian Foster injury watch. He looks just fine. After a hamstring injury limited Foster to 33 yards through the first three weeks of the NFL season, the Texans running back is running wild vs. the Steelers, racking up 155 yards in Houston's 17-10 win.

As for the game, the Texans could have lost it easily. Wide receiver Andre Johnson went down in the first half with a hamstring injury, taking out their primary offensive weapon. And at other times, it seemed they wanted to lose. Houston wiped out two return touchdowns with penalties.

But Foster did enough to get them a win. Forty-two of his yards came when he cut and broke loose for a long touchdown score that proved to be the difference in the game. This was the type of performance expected from last season’s breakout fantasy football stud. Foster came out of nowhere in 2010 to lead the NFL in rushing (and vault in the hearts and minds of fantasy football owners everywhere).

Just as important for Foster and the Texans, is the workload he was able to handle. Foster has carried the ball 30 times. Not only is this a good sign for his recovery, it was also much-needed after Houston lost Johnson. If Johnson has to miss time, the Texans will need Foster to carry the offense.
