VIDEO: Tim Tebow Puts Denver On The Board With Touchdown Pass
After disappointing for most of the afternoon, Tim Tebow picked things up in the fourth quarter against the Miami Dolphins. Tebow connected on a five-yard touchdown pass to Demaryius Thomas, cutting the Dolphins lead to 15-7 with just over three minutes to play in the game. Here is the video of Tebow’s touchdown pass.
That touchdown came after Tebow hit Broncos wide receiver Matt Willis for a 42-yard pass to put Denver inside the red zone, trips inside the 20-yard line being something of a rarity in this game.

Things are turning downright ugly in South Florida. The Denver Broncos and Miami Dolphins are locked in a battle of the barely competent, with Miami maintaining a slight lead on the scoreboard. Tim Tebow did offer a little something for the highlights today, breaking off a 21-yard run, breaking a few tackles in the process.

Following the fumble, Miami’s offense looked surprisingly competent. They moved the ball 24 yards, finally getting inside the red zone. Then Matt Moore fumbled it on the third down. He was able to recover for just a two-yard loss, and Miami kicked a field goal following that play and a series that pretty much sums up how this game is going in South Florida.

The Miami Dolphins, sitting at 0-5 and struggling to sell tickets, decided that they would run a promotion for the game hosting the Broncos to try to drive public interest. So, what promotion did the Dolphins decide on?
The Dolphins are going to be honoring the Florida Gators 2008 National Championship team on October 23. The team that was quarterbacked by... Tim Tebow. The Dolphins will be hosting the Denver Broncos, the same Broncos whose starting quarterback is...Tim Tebow. So, the Dolphins will in essence be honoring... the quarterback of the team trying to hand them their sixth straight loss of 2011.

SB Nation Denver editor Russ Oates explained why he thinks the Broncos will win.
Simple enough. Sports Illustrated’s Peter King agrees that the Broncos are the pick, adding “I’m happy Denver’s finally giving Tim Tebow a chance to play -- and the smart thing here would be for John Fox to give Tebow five or six more starts.
