NFL Odds And Lines Week 8: Redskins Vs. Bills

The Buffalo Bills are favored to win by a touchdown this weekend at some sites, but opened as just four point favorites earlier in the week against the Washington Redskins. Will Washington be able to buck the odds and overcome the injury issues?

The Week 8 NFL odds and lines aren't typically pored over by the casual football fan. One would have to imagine that if people are interested in a game featuring John Beck's Washington Redskins on the road against Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Buffalo Bills this weekend that gambling implications might be on the line.

The Bills opened as four-point favorites this week, but the line has increased by up to as many as seven points at some betting sites according to our partners at Odds Shark. The jump on the line probably has a bit to do with both Chris Cooley and Tim Hightower being placed on the injured reserve, ruling them out for the game against the Bills and every other game for the rest of the season.

The over-under was placed at 46 for this game and could be a fun bet if anyone has a good idea of which team will be able to assert its style. The Redskins have gone under in four of their last five games while the Bills have gone over in their past five games of the season.
