VIDEO: Cam Newton To Steve Smith Ends In Touchdown, Scuffle

Panthers quarterback Cam Newton has settled in vs. the Saints after throwing an interception on the first play of the game. Late in the first half, Newton evaded the rush, stepped up in the pocket and fired a strike to wide receiver Steve Smith, who went 54 yards for a touchdown. Then the *real* fun began.

After Smith crossed the goal line, he was pushed from the side by New Orleans safety Roman Harper. Harper was flagged for a late hit, but there was also some martial justice issued by the Panthers and a shoving match commenced. Even Newton got in on the action in the end zone. Here's the video via @cjzero:

A great TD catch and some extracurricular activity following the play? What more could you want on NFL Sunday?
