Tebow Time continued its run through the National Football League by conquering the San Diego Chargers on Sunday afternoon, 16-13. The Denver Broncos tied the game at 13 in the final two minutes of regulation and then pulled out the win in overtime, but it was a nail-biter.

It took 75 minutes for Tim Tebow to do it, but he led the Denver Broncos to a 16-13 overtime victory against the San Diego Chargers. Tebow and Willis McGahee set up Matt Prater for the game-winning field goal.
After neither team wanted to score in the first 13 minutes of overtime, Tebow started the final drive of the game on his own 43-yard line. After he threw an incomplete pass, Tebow ran for 16 yards on two plays to put the team in Chargers territory. Willis McGahee followed with a 24-yard run to set up Matt Prater for the game-winning 37-yard field goal.
Philip Rivers continued to struggle this season. He completed just 19 of 36 passes for 188 yards and one touchdown pass. In overtime, he had a costly delay of game penalty and left the pocket when he was under no pressure at all. He didn't, though, throw any interceptions in the game.
Tim Tebow wasn't a great passer, as expected, but he did complete 9-of-18 passes for 143 passing yards and an 18-yard touchdown throw to Eric Decker. He also picked up 67 yards on 22 carries.
Both running games were in good shape. In addition to Tebow's production with his legs, McGahee rushed 23 times for 117 yards, part of the team's 208 yards on the ground. Ryan Mathews had 137 of the team's 185 rushing yards.
The Broncos are now 6-5 and visit the Minnesota Vikings next Sunday. The 4-7 Chargers are on Monday Night Football next week when they visit the Jacksonville Jaguars.
