Irsay, who has a fascinating Twitter account, tweeted this out over the weekend:

I gave a guy $800 at highway ramp 2day where he begged,GOOD cause it will give him a new start/BAD cause he'll buy crack n booze with it?

That’s a nice paycheck.

I guess if you want to be hooked up then hang out on the highway ramps in Indianapolis.
