Madden ‘12 Cover With Peyton Hillis Revealed

The new Madden ‘12 cover from EA Sports has been revealed.

After a month-long search to find the cover athlete for the video game, we now know that Cleveland Browns RB Peyton Hillis is the featured athlete. He won in a tournament-style vote and beat out some names that are much more high profile than he is. So kudos to the Browns fans for coming out in full force to support Hillis.

The next question becomes whether the Madden Curse will affect Hillis. Athletes that have appeared on the cover of Madden have, on a number of times, suffered a significant decrease in production or some sort of major injury. Time will tell if Hillis suffers the same fate.

But, for now, here’s the photo of Hillis on the cover of Madden ‘12:
