For a while it looked like the only football we would be seeing in 2011 would be on a video game console with Madden ‘12. In the last several days though it’s become apparent that the owners and players will likely come to an agreement a new labor deal to end the NFL lockout, hopefully this week.
Madden ‘12 Rookie Ratings: Patrick Peterson, Marcell Dareus Lead The Pack
So we’ll have real football and fake football with Madden ‘12. To get us in the proper mood for football season, we wanted to take a look at the highest rated rookies in the latest version of Madden.
EA released the ratings of the top 10 rookies in the game and, as it's been previously reported, Cardinals CB Patrick Peterson is at the top with an 82 rating. If these ratings mean anything, then one of the biggest steals in the draft was the Giants selecting CB Prince Amukamara with the 19th pick. He ended up as the third highest rated rookie in the game.
