The Washington Redskins' free agency party continues. The team re-signed linebacker Rocky McIntosh, free safety Reed Doughty, and defensive end Kedric Golston, according to reports from ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The defensive trio was all brought into the NFL as members of Washington’s 2006 draft class, and each has significantly contributed to the team in his time since.

Drafted with the expectations of becoming a mainstay in the nation’s capital, McIntosh has not disappointed. The 28-year-old has steadily improved with each passing year, while becoming one of Washington’s primary defensive leaders. McIntosh turned in a career year in 2010-2011, amassing 114 tackles, two sacks, and one forced fumble.

Doughty, known for taking over the Redskins' starting free safety job after the tragic death of Sean Taylor, is coming off the best two year run of his career. In that time the 28-year-old Northern Colorado graduate has compiled 184 tackles, two forced fumbles, and one interception despite battling lifelong issues with severe hearing impairment.

Golston, similarly, has ingrained himself on the Washington defensive line, providing quality depth and athleticism throughout his five years in the league. The 28-year-old is coming off a season in which he totaled 35 tackles -- the most since his rookie season.
