The New York Giants have agreed to terms with first-round draft pick Prince Amukamara, according to reports.
Drafted with the 19th pick of the NFL Draft, Amukamara enters the NFL on the heels of a stellar collegiate career at the University of Nebraska. He totaled 155 tackles, five interceptions, four sacks, and three forced fumbles in four years, while transforming the Cornhusker defense into one of the most feared squads in the country.
Amukamara will be joining a veteran Giants secondary anchored by Corey Webster, Kenny Phillips, and two-time Pro Bowler Antrel Rolle. The rookie is expected to battle for a starting role.
