Steelers Vs. Ravens: Game Time, TV Schedule, Announcers And More

The Pittsburgh Steelers will take a short trip to Baltimore to play their AFC North rival Ravens at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday. The Ravens will likely be looking for revenge after the Steelers made a second half comeback in the playoffs last season on their way to the Super Bowl.

Baltimore doesn’t have an easy task in front of them, however. The Steelers haven’t lost a season-opening game since 2002, dating back to the days of Kordell Stewart and Co. wearing the black and yellow.

The Steelers will of course be led by Ben Roethlisberger as he tries to move a rather potent offense down the field that includes Rashard Mendenhall, Mike Wallace, Hines Ward and Heath Miller. The defense isn't bad either, obviously, as Troy Polamalu anchors a solid secondary.

Baltimore has 20 new names on its roster since last season's playoff shortcomings, but the mainstays remain for the most part as Ray Rice, Joe Flacco, Ray Lewis and Terrell Suggs will all be looking to change their fortunes against the Steelers. Flacco does have a new weapon, though, as the Ravens traded for speedy wide receiver Lee Evans this offseason while also added Bryant McKinnie and Andre Gurode as extra protection on the offensive line.

Game Date/Time: September 11, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. ET

Location: M&T Bank Bank Stadium, Baltimore, Maryland.

TV: CBS. TV distribution map and announcer info can be found at the506.com.
