Obvious and uncharitable interpretation: Myers is drinking a bourbon on the rocks and thanked whoever brought him the drink. Possibly fairer interpretation: Myers thanked someone who brought him a drink and joked that it was a bourbon on the rocks.
Either way, it’s funny.
