NFC Divisional Playoffs 2012, Giants Vs. Packers: B.J. Raji Doesn’t Think Giants Offensive Line Isn’t ‘Tough’

The New York Giants and Green Bay Packers are getting set to square off for the second time this season. In the first matchup, the Packers won on a late Mason Crosby field goal, but the New York Giants had the Packers on the ropes. The Giants offense also had a big day in the game, but Packers nose tackle B.J. Raji apparently wasn't very impressed.

"I mean, I played them once this year and once last year. I can only judge by my vantage point up front, not necessarily the most physical - their backs are pretty physical, but not the toughest o-line," Raji told the Star Ledger. "Not saying they're soft, but not the toughest group I've been against." Though the Giants offensive line isn't "tough" according to Raji, the Packers only sacked Eli Manning once in the first match up.

Not only does Raji not think the Giants offensive line is tough, he also doesn't think their tight ends are very good. Raji said, "(the tight ends) aren't in any position to say too much. They're not the best players at their position that we've seen." In the first matchup, Giants tight end Travis Beckum had a 67-yard touchdown catch while Jake Ballard had three receptions for 47 yards.
